Nutty Coconut Protein Shake Recipe
Indulge your sweet tooth and reward yourself with a healthy and delicious nutty coconut shake packed with protein!
Ingredients:
- 2 servings vanilla protein shake powder
- 6 oz 1% milk
- 5 ice cubes
- 3⁄4 cup vanilla coconut milk
- 1 tbsp sugar free vanilla pudding powder
- 1⁄8 tsp coconut extract
- 1⁄2 tsp shredded dried coconut
- 8 whole almonds
Directions:
- Add ice, milk, protein powder, vanilla coconut milk, vanilla pudding mix, coconut extract to blender and pulse until smooth.
- Pour into a cold glass and top with coconut meat and almonds.
