What can I expect at Curves?

Join any station on the circuit at any time and workout when it suits you (within standard opening hours). You’ll always get an efficient total body gym workout on the Curves circuit with our variety of hydraulic resistance machines, which are built to create resistance that intensifies with effort. As your strength improves, you push harder and the machines respond with more resistance, which makes them ideal for all fitness levels. Our Curves Coaches will be with you every step of the way to keep you motivated and ensure you get the very best from your Curves workouts.

Workout of the Week

Each week, a new Workout of the Week (WOW) will be available on the Curves Circuit!

This workout will alternate between strength training movements utilising the Curves equipment and four different conditioning movements. There will be one movement from each of the class categories, Balance, Body Basics, Boxing, and Cardio to help increase your core strength, balance agility, and coordination. Repeating the same workout throughout the week will allow you to gain confidence and familiarity with the movements which help you work harder and see greater results.

Workout your entire body

The Curves program was created to give you an effective total body workout in just 30 minutes! Curves incorporates both upper body and lower body strength training exercises, cardio moves, and stretching, allowing you to work every major muscle group. The workout uses hydraulic resistance gym equipment specially designed for women and can be used by a variety of fitness levels.

Upper Body

With a strong chest and back, you'll be able improve your posture, give your workout a boost, improve your metabolism, and everyday tasks become easier.

Core

Having a strong core improves balance and posture. It provides the foundation upon which most other activity depends. Be proud and stand tall with a stronger core!

Lower Body

Having strong legs can help you perform everyday activities without causing stress on the rest of the entire body. It promotes better muscle conditioning and body composition.
